Our houses are all in Zone 2 and tend to have four or five bedrooms, so depending on whether a room is shared or single occupancy, there would be between four and 10 people per residence per house. There will always be shared kitchen and bathroom facilities and each house also has a communal living area so there is no need to feel confined to your bedroom!

We are currently renting rooms to students from: Colombia, England, Australia, Italy, Spain, Brazil... to name just a few!

A representative will meet you at the house to show you round, tell you a little about the area and the benefits and also introduce you to your other housemates.

We ask for 1 month deposit and 1 month rent in advance.

A contract is signed by both parties, so you can always rest assured you are in safe hands!
